As each villa is a unique property with its own eccentricities and amenities, so too are the inclusions and exclusions of luxury villa rental. Each will vary in how much housekeeping is included, whether a chef or butler is a part of the rental, and which staff is on hand during your stay. Some rentals will include meals, while others will not; some will include utilities, while others will be charged on a fee schedule. All inclusions and exclusions will be discussed and provided to you in our customized proposal which will be tailored to the unique properties we offer.

Lastly, similar to condo rental, all villa rentals will be governed by a Vacation Rental Agreement, which supersedes and nullifies any other agreements or representations, actual or implied. Due to the unique nature of each villar rental, there may be additional terms specific to that villa which will be provided to you.
